Rotislav Phedorovich Chaika is the Direcor and the oldest member of the "Memorial" society in Khabarovsk. In 1948 he was sixteen years old, lived in an Ukrainian village and was arrested for expressing anti-Soviet's ideas. The entire family was exiled from Ukraine to the Far East. Rotislav Phedorovich Chaika was officially rehabilitated in 1953.
